Hebrew School

L' shanah tovah and welcome to the academic year for 5768. The Jewish tradition commands us to teach our children, and at Temple Beth El Hebrew School we believe there is no task more important. Our program encompasses kindergarten through high school, and we are delighted to have your children with us on this extraordinary journey of learning. Our dedicated staff of teachers and madrichim will do their utmost to make this an enriching and productive year for each and every student and his or her family

Temple Beth El Hebrew School provides an enriching and broad-based Conservative Jewish education for students in grades kindergarten through high school. Our program seeks to instill a love for and an appreciation of our remarkable Jewish heritage, while providing a solid foundation of skills and knowledge.

To those families who are new we say b'ruchim haba'im, welcome! We hope you will become active participants in your child's Hebrew School experience. To our returning families we say thank you for your continued support of our program and your devotion to Jewish education. We hope you will take advantage of the many educational opportunities for families and adults offered by the Temple, including family education days, the family B'nai Mitzvah class, beginning and intermediate Hebrew literacy courses, guest lectures and short courses offered through the adult education program. Learning is not just for children; make it part of your life as well.

All children are welcome at Temple Beth El Hebrew School regardless of their family's financial situation. Tuition assistance is available and all arrangements are strictly confidential. Abatement forms are available from the Temple office.Through the extreme generosity of our donors, we are able to offer some scholarships for Temple Beth El Hebrew School. The Koocher-Robinov and Endowment Fund Scholarships are awarded based on family need and student merit. All correspondence regarding applications are held in the strictest confidence.
