The Temple Beth El kitchen is designed with complete and separate meat and dairy facilities to observe the dietary laws of kashruth. Members who have taken a course with the Rabbi in Kashruth are permitted to work in the Temple kitchen without supervision. For all others, there is a list of approved caterers available in the temple office.
